Relationship of Parties: Upon the acceptance of this proposal, the company named above [hereafter, Sponsor Company] shall agree to Sponsor for the event PKU Family Camp, organized by National PKU News. There shall be no other relationship between Sponsor Company and National PKU News besides that of a Sponsor and Organizer until the completion of the Event. 2. Payment: Sponsor Company shall make the payment of the Sponsorship amount to National PKU News before 30 days of the Event Date, in USD through Check or ACH. 3. Use of Titles, logos, and images: The Sponsor Company hereby authorizes National PKU News to utilize the company’s logo and associated trademarks, approved versions of which Sponsor Company must provide to National PKU News on time so that appropriate steps for the promotions of the events can be undertaken. 4. Representative: The Sponsor Company is not required to send a representative to the Event, but may do so if they have elected to be an in-person exhibitor. In this case, the representative(s) may remain at camp for free of charge. Family members of representative(s) are welcome to attend camp but must register as campers and pay standard registration fees. 5. Term: The term for the sponsorship will come to an end with the successful completion of the event and the payment. I agree to the above terms.
