Claire Zimlinghaus is planning a career in biomedical science. Genetics and research are her primary interests. She feels comfortable helping others understand her PKU diet and has done so with many teachers and friends during her school years. Claire has developed strong leadership and mentoring skills while attending a camp for childhood cancer survivors for the last 15 years. Her commitment to helping others and herself is reflected in her commitment to maintaining her own PKU diet.
